“Performance Measurement for Public Services Delivery by Local Government”

This paper provides general information of the performance measurement, the basic elements introduced in Albania and the results integrated, and summaries elements that we were trying to insert into a national performance indicators database

The focus was on performance measurement in the public sector, and its importance to the new developments in Albania.
