The Manual will set up standards for supervision and monitoring, endorsement and takeover of infrastructure works based on the local legal prerequisites and best practices. It will include standard forms for recording of works, expenditures and reporting to city managers, in order to make them efficient and effective in their daily management work of municipal affairs.
It is financed by MSI/USAID under the “Corruption Prevention in Albania” progarm.
