In the framework of supporting and engaging youth organizations and groups in decision making processes, under the support of UNICEF, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, designed and organized a set of 2 day trainings in Tirana, Durres and Elbasan. The modules prepared by the Urban Research Institute experts presented the basic concepts of youth component engagement into decision making processes such as: 1.
