The activities have to be executed mainly on site in the Water Supply and Waste Water Utility Enterprises in Vlora and in Gjirokastra.
The services are to be completed by the Sub-consultant until the dates given in the updated schedules as per action plan and monthly programs set by the Consultant in cooperation with the Sub-consultant, at latest up to December. 2003.
