Designing a PPP Strategy for Korca Municipality
This project helped improve Korça’s local government’s delivery of services and increase the citizens’ welfare. The City of Korca aimed to achieve this through the improvement of housing conditions for families in need by properly using municipal local assets whose ownership was transferred from the state to the city, through developing a successful PPP.
